Pride in the Moment: Day Six



Pride means making a statement. Photographer Billy Delfs snapped this image of a sailor competing in the Gay Games at Edgewater Yacht Club Friday. Pride in the Moment documents GG9: Day One

What does pride look like here? Summit Artspace explores that question through Pride in the Moment, an online photo exhibit updated daily at prideinthemomentgg9cle.com and prideinthemomentgg9cle.org and akronareaarts.org and gg9cle.com that's funded by the Gay Community Endowment of the Akron Community Foundation. This week, four local photographers  — Shane Wynn, Peter Larson, Billy Delfs and David Allan Foster — are snapping pictures to show the joy and beauty of athletes, allies and visitors coming to Cleveland and Akron for the Gay Games.
